About Us

Brice and I live in rural Southeast Iowa with our son and our Aussies. Our mission is to provide families with high quality Australian Shepherd puppies and to continue to improve the breed. We currently do not have any trained working dogs, but this is something we are hoping to do in the near future. Brice is a farmer and raises cow-calf herds, so having a helping hand would be wonderful for him. While our dogs show great interest in herding, they need some guidance before we let them work the cattle. Brice also runs a small construction business which includes electrical work, building new structures, concrete work, and much more. He stays very busy around here!

I (Kristy) teach Kindergarten and do most of the work with the dogs. Although Brice helps me out a lot, I am their primary caregiver. We have been raising Aussies since 2005. My first experience with the breed was when I met my husband in 2001; I instantly feel in love with the breed and we bought our first pup as soon as I finished college. Brice grew up with Aussies on his farm and is very familiar with this wonderful breed.

We love our Australian Shepherds very much; they get plenty of exercise and are around us as much as possible. Sometimes we even have three sleeping in our room with us, which is a bit crowded at times! Please meet our babies under the Photo Gallery link.
